Overview of Cooperation Framework Results
The ongoing crises have inflicted significant harm on the human security of Armenia. This has led to a disruption in the pace, dynamics, and direction of the development agenda, causing a ripple effect on development programming. In the spirit of the ‘humanitarian-development nexus,’ the UN effectively integrated emergency and development activities, continuously adjusting to address the shifting needs; while also advancing the longer-term development agenda, as captured by UNSDCF theory of change (TOC) diagram, illustrated below:
